Deb joined Baird in 2001 as a Client Assistant working directly with The Nowack Pogodzinski Group's clients on day to day activities, as well as handling operational procedures and questions. Aside from her experience at Baird, Deb has over 19 years of experience in the Banking industry. Lifelong residents of the West Bend area, Deb and her husband Mike have four children Katie, Alec, Matt and Mitch. In her leisure time Deb enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
