Justin is a Financial Advisor and a Certified Financial PlannerTM with The Nowack Pogodzinski Group. He joined Baird in 2014 and in his class was one of four individuals selected into Baird’s highly competitive two-year Private Wealth Management Foundations Program. In the program he worked with Baird’s internal subject matter experts on client cases involving Roth contribution & conversion strategies, retirement planning, health insurance planning for retirees under the age of 65, estate planning, college planning, insurance and investment planning.
Using their combined experience and expertise, he and his business partner Mike Nowack specialize in managing wealth for multi-generational families and business owners living in Wisconsin who are interested in learning and partnering together to plan and achieve their financial goals.
In 2025 The Nowack Group was recognized by Forbes/Shook Research as a Best-In-State Wealth Management Team*. Additionally, in 2025 Justin was recognized within Baird by being awarded Baird's Rising Star Award**
Justin grew up in New Berlin, Wisconsin and graduated from Carroll University with a major in finance and a minor in accounting.
Justin has been a West Bend Resident since joining the Nowack Group. He is actively involved in the community by being on the board of COLUMNS, Kiwanis and coaches Special Olympics basketball.
